2022 Learnings

In an effort to start the next year off right, here are my learnings this year (2022) which can be summarized by these maxims:

Careers are long but life is short

Being great is being good consistently

There are no original ideas

The best process is no process

Opinions come with risks

If you're not early, you're late

Strategy is useless without execution

Praise good work early and often

Nobody thinks about you more than yourself

Read to learn, write to understand

Comfort can lead to weakness

Your feelings are your responsibility

Listen to understand, not respond

Just start, don't overthink it

Be with your loved ones often

Communicate what you want and need or you won't get it

Take care and see you in the new year.
